As a Junior FX Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities within the FX and financial services industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support partnership initiatives. Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities. Assist in planning and executing partnership marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
