Junior Fullstack Engineer - Fokus: Rapid Prototyping & AI (m/f/d)

We are developing new software products for SMEs – quickly, data-based, and user-centered. For this, we don't need month-long project plans and endless refactoring, but rather rapid pilots & MVPs: clickable prototypes, AI-based SaaS experiments, and iterative testing at the real market.

Your job as a Fullstack Engineer is to bring online actual pilot solutions from validated problems – and that's in days, not months.

Aufgaben

• Fullstack Development: You build web-based SaaS pilots and MVPs from scratch (Frontend, Backend, APIs) and use a modern stack (Next.js, Node.js, Supabase).
• AI-Integration: You integrate modern AI models (LLM-APIs, HuggingFace, LangChain) into our products and make them usable for SMEs.
• AI-Assisted Coding: You use State-of-the-Art Tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Cline), to maximize your own workflow acceleration.
• Agiles Iterieren: You work closely with our Testing Architect & Team Lead together. Based on feedback and pilot data, you adapt the architecture and features quickly.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Web-Development: You have already gained some practical experience in Fullstack development (through previous jobs, intensive side projects, work student activities or hackathons).
• Tech-Stack: You have very good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Next.js, preferably also Svelte/Vue).
• Backend-Basics: You feel comfortable in the backend (Node.js, REST APIs) and have experience with modern database solutions (Supabase, Firebase, etc.).
• AI-Interesse: You are passionate about current developments in the AI field and want to work with tools like LangChain or OpenAI API.
• Maker-Mindset: You write clean code, but your pragmatism prevails. You hack, try out, and learn, rather than waiting for a 100% perfect architecture.
• Sprachen: Fluent German knowledge and good English knowledge.
