Tasks

What Awaits You

As part of our product development team, you will take on a key role as a programmer in frontend and backend.

• Product Development. You are involved in the entire development process of our financial platform and develop innovative features around stock trading and financial independence.
• Innovative Investment Systems: You support and develop independently in a dynamic startup environment the next generation of intelligent investment systems for private investors
• Full-Stack Development: You drive our financial platform forward technologically and conceptually in frontend and backend.
• Process Optimization: You analyze and optimize internal processes, systems, and algorithms to continuously improve the efficiency, performance, and quality of our platform.
• Agile Collaboration: You shape as a member of an agile team the Scrum process actively and accompany all phases from planning to retro with.

We invest in your individual training, promote your targeted development, and make you step-by-step an expert – with the clear goal of long-term cooperation.

Qualification

What You Should Bring

You have a high performance readiness, thirst for knowledge about financial topics, and want to develop yourself personally into a specialist in the finance sector.

We assume that you will be an expert in your field and are willing to constantly develop – even with challenging tasks, you find quick solutions and convince with strong ideas.

1. Clean Coding. Programming is your passion, and you are a clean coder.
2. Tech Stack. You know the fundamental technologies like JavaScript, React.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS. With a precise and detail-oriented working style.
3. High Performance. You are a programmer all-rounder who wants to constantly develop and take on things
4. Responsibility. You want and can take responsibility for your area of expertise, allowing you to grow personally quickly.
5. Result Orientation. You get things done. With discipline, independence, and result orientation.
6. Communication. Your German is ideally on B2 level. Your English is good for conversations.
