We are the . net GmbH, an independent pharmacy cooperation with its headquarters in Berlin. Since our company was founded in January 2013, we have been offering services to strengthen family-owned pharmacies. Our consulting and representing our customers' interests are at the forefront. In addition, we offer various digital services developed by ourselves – including an exclusive online shop for pharmaceuticals and a pricing calculation system, which we already support several hundred pharmacies nationwide.

We are looking for a junior software developer (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) to further develop and maintain these tools as of now.

What's important to us is how you think, not that you already master every point on our tech stack. You don't have to know everything – we're looking for a clever head who understands problems, asks good questions, and quickly gets into new things. The rest, we'll teach you.

• You develop web applications in the full-stack area further (PHP/Laravel in the backend, HTML/CSS/JS in the frontend) – initially with guidance, increasingly independently over time.
• You work your way into existing systems, understand the underlying technical connections, and bring in your own ideas.
• You implement frontend designs and help improve our UI/UX.
• You work closely with colleagues and project managers in a Scrum team.
• You use modern tools – including KI-gestützted coding tools – sensibly to become faster and better.

• You think structured, enjoy working your way into complex problems, and don't give up at the first hurdle.
• You have a desire to learn and accept feedback – and trust yourself to ask questions.
• You have a basic understanding of software development and some practical experience with code (study projects, own projects, internships or comparable).
• You bring either a degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• You communicate securely in German.

Nice to have but not necessary – most of this you can learn from us:

• Experience with PHP and an MVC framework (e.g. Laravel or Symfony).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Alpine.js is a plus).
• First acquaintance with UI/UX or automated tests (PHPUnit/PestPHP).
