Tasks

What awaits you

As a member of our product development team, you will take on a key role as a programmer in the frontend and backend.

• Product development. You are involved in the entire development process of our financial platform and develop innovative features around stock trading and financial independence.
• Innovative Investment Systems: You independently support and develop the next generation of intelligent investment systems for private investors in a dynamic startup environment
• Full-Stack Development: You drive our financial platform forward technologically and conceptually in the frontend and backend.
• Process optimization: You analyze and optimize internal company processes, systems and algorithms to continuously improve the efficiency, performance and quality of our platform.
• Agile Collaboration: As a member of an agile team, you actively participate in the Scrum process and accompany all phases from planning to retro.

We invest in your individual training, specifically promote your further development and make you an expert step by step - with the clear goal of long-term cooperation.

Qualification

What you should bring

You have a high level of performance, a thirst for knowledge of financial topics and want to personally develop into a specialist in the financial sector.

We assume that you want to be an expert in your field and are willing to constantly develop yourself - even with challenging tasks you will find quick solutions and convince with strong ideas.

1. Clean Coding. Programming is your passion and you are a Clean Coder.
2. Tech Stack. You know the basic technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS. You have a precise and detail-loving way of working.
3. High Performance. You are a programming all-rounder who constantly wants to develop further through his hands-on mentality and likes to tackle things
4. Responsibility. You want and can take responsibility for your area of ​​expertise in order to grow quickly personally.
5. Result Orientation. You tackle things. You are disciplined, independent and results-oriented.
6. Communication. Ideally, your German is at B2 level. Your English is good for conversations.
