- Development of automations and business logic withDeluge, Python and workflows,Functions, client scripts, and scheduled jobs
- Development and improvement of LLM-powered solutions: You will build AI agents and automations based on Large Language Models, develop and test prompts, maintain the underlying knowledge bases and training data, and systematically measure whether the results are improving
- Design and implementation of data exchange between systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Debugging of integrations and resolution of data qualityissues: Read logs, trace API calls, find root causes, and fix them cleanly
- Support for internal stakeholders: Translate process requirements into functional, maintainable solutions
- Documentation of your solutions so that they remain understandable for others and for yourself
- Contribution to frontend/UI topics within the CRM interface
Your Profile
- Completed degree (or close to completion) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, a technical field, or equivalent
- Interest in AI and LLM topics and a desire to work with them practically
- Solid foundation in at least one scripting language (e.g., JavaScript or Python)
- Understanding of how REST APIs work: HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, authentication (e.g., API keys, OAuth2 fundamentals)
- Basic knowledge of relational data models and how business data is structured
- Structured, analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
- High willingness to learn, curiosity, and agility in the face of change
- Good communication skills and openness to ask questions early
- German language skills at least B2 level
- Nice tohave: Experience withZohoproducts (CRM, Desk, Books, Creator, Flow), low-code tools (Make,Zapier, n8n),Git, SQL or SSO concepts
