To strengthen this mission, Syngenta's recruitment team is seeking a (a) Jr Franchise Operations Analyst to work in São Paulo - SP. This role will directly contribute to the following responsibilities:

Support for Franchisees - Attend to franchisee requests and questions;
Contractual Performance Analysis - Prepare regular reports on KPIs and trends;
Payout and Advance Management - Responsible for managing the advance process;
Training and Development - Collaborate in developing training materials;
Training and Development - Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for franchisees;
Project Management - Participate in special projects related to network development;
