Who we are looking for

We are looking for a resource to join the Operations Team as a Junior Fleet Planner to manage daily delivery logistics and support couriers in their activities.

The resource will be responsible for planning courier routes, data entry for fridge stocking, vehicle management, and performance monitoring, with the aim of ensuring an efficient and punctual service.

Therefore, planning, execution, and relationship skills will be important in supporting the rest of the work group.

The resource will be integrated into a dynamic and young team, where they will have the opportunity to get involved and make a difference from day 1, with a clear perspective of organic and lasting growth.

Requirements

Must have

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Workspace

✅ Communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Previous experience in the Logistics/Food sector

What you will do

You will be part of our Operations Team to:

• Support in smart fridge management operations
• Create data for product loading and unloading during fridge restocking
• Operational support for fleet management
• Optimize loading routes by creating and adapting loading routes
• Improvement: Enhancing operational processes through feedback shared with the department manager
