Responsibilities

• Intensive Training: Four-month trainee program with individual support in the branch office near you as well as at the MLP Corporate University
• Preparation for Self-Employment: Step-by-step guidance and training for your future role in independent financial consulting
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Building and long-term support of your own client base – from the start of your career to retirement
• Tailored Financial Concepts: Development of individual financial strategies, aligned with the personal goals and life circumstances of your female and male clients
• Continuous Professional Development: Regular training and workshops enable you to continuously expand your expertise and stay up-to-date

Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with an economic focus
• You possess excellent German language skills (C2 level)
• You can explain complex issues understandably and enjoy approaching people and conducting conversations
• You have a strong interest in economic topics and wish to continuously expand your knowledge
• You recognize the needs of your female and male clients and develop solutions that offer real added value
• You are self-confident, act independently, and are motivated to start your own entrepreneurial career
