We are looking for Junior Financial Analysts for our Finance team.
About the area
The Finance department is responsible for maintaining operational health and cost control at BlackbirdCo., ensuring accuracy in payments, receipts, reconciliations, and internal closures. The area directly supports business performance, guaranteeing cash flow security and contributing to financial predictability.
What you'll do
As a Junior Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will be:
- Execute payment and receipt routines, ensuring deadlines and accuracy;
- Perform bank reconciliations in ERP (Omie);
- Support the invoicing process and issuance of invoices;
- Makes payments via internet banking;
- Support internal audits and controls, ensuring information reliability;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.

Requirements
- Prior experience in payment, receipt, and bank reconciliation routines;
- Familiarity with financial systems/ERP (Omie will be a differential, but not mandatory);
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Education in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Differentials
- Experience with invoice issuance;
- Notions of applied accounting to cost centers;
- Interest in developing data analysis and financial automation.
