Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d)

The position will be filled directly by our client in an unlimited term.

Aufgaben

• You support the team (6 people) comprehensively in the operational daily business of the finance function for German locations.
• You serve as a mentor and mediator between young colleagues to the department head.
• You are responsible for and steer the entire invoicing process in close coordination with stakeholders.
• You work on leading the company's books according to HGB and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• You prepare monthly and annual statistics as well as reports on cross-border payment transactions.
• You conduct thorough account analyses in the main book and reliably process ad-hoc requests and complex reporting.
• You review invoices, payments, and travel expense accounts and are responsible for creating monthly balance reconciliations.
• You drive projects to optimize processes actively forward and support administrative tasks in managing online banking.

Qualifikation

• You hold a commercial education, a completed business studies degree or equivalent qualification in the finance sector.
• You look back on at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in the context of consulting firms.
• You are proficient in German and English in writing and speaking (fluent).
• A routine handling of MS Office (especially Excel) is self-evident for you.
• Knowledge of DATEV, SAP or Elite 3E is advantageous.
