Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d)

As Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on Accounting, you will take on a central role in the internal and external accounting of our growing company group with currently around 45 dental laboratories.

Aufgaben

• Operatives Rechnungswesen: Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting for the holding, as well as management of incoming and outgoing invoices
• DATEV & digital processes: Installation, further development, and verification of accounting processes, particularly in DATEV Unternehmen Online as a central system for all companies
• Zahlungsverkehr & Cash Management: Conducting and controlling payment transactions, as well as active management of liquidity, including the development of cash pooling structures
• Abschlüsse & Reporting: Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as support in external reporting
• Konzernabschluss & Consolidation: Participation in consolidation (including cash flow) and support in preparing the consolidated financial statement with LucaNet
• Intercompany & Standardization: Conducting and coordinating internal transactions, as well as collaboration in standardizing accounting processes and balance sheet guidelines
• Schnittstellen & System development: Support in implementing and developing interfaces (e.g. LucaNet SmartNotes)
• Ansprechpartnerfunktion: Close cooperation and communication with dental laboratory directors, administrative staff, tax consultants, and auditors
• Reisekosten & Zusatzthemen: Settlement of travel expenses, as well as collaboration on related topics such as post-merger integration

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a tax clerk (m/w/d), tax accountant (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a tax consulting firm or medium-sized company
• Fundamental knowledge of financial accounting and reporting according to HGB
• Safe handling of DATEV, DATEV Unternehmen Online, and ideally experience with LucaNet
• Ideal experience in controlling
• Structured, independent, and meticulous work style with high numerical affinity
• Analytical thinking and understanding of business relationships
• Communication skills and a confident and solution-oriented appearance in the corporate environment
• Safe handling of MS Excel; Apple knowledge is an advantage
