(Junior) Finance Data Analyst (all genders)

As a (Junior) Finance Data Analyst (all genders) at Homaris, you transform data into real decision-making foundations: You analyze the economic development of our business units, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and further develop our unit economics perspective at the object level. You work directly with the CFO and receive genuine scope for design – with a clear development path towards independent controlling responsibility.

• You create and interpret target-actual comparisons and identify where and why we deviate from the budget and forecast – not just the number, but the driver behind it.
• You prepare strategic questions for individual business units and objects and provide decision-making bases for management.
• You build and maintain Power BI dashboards that support our management reporting – from data modeling to visualization.
• You further develop our unit economics perspective at the object level and make profitability per location transparent.
• You familiarize yourself with LucaNet and become the second competent contact person for our planning and reporting database.

• You have initial experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial/data analytics – ideally one to three years, but a strong career start is also welcome.
• You have very good Power BI skills, including DAX and data modeling, as well as proficient use of Excel.
• You have a strong analytical mindset: You recognize patterns, question numbers, and independently draw sound conclusions.
• You are willing to learn LucaNet – prior knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and have the ambition to access data yourself rather than waiting for input.
• You communicate fluently in German (native speaker or equivalent level) and have good English skills (at least B2).
• You are curious about the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and open to new digital solutions.
