(Junior) Finance & Controlling Manager (m/w/d)

You want to not only manage numbers, but actively shape the financial foundation of a new company? Then we're looking for you as a (Junior) Finance & Controlling Manager initially for 2 years.

As part of our newly founded ambulatory care service, you will take on a key role in building and developing our financial and controlling structures. In a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and a large scope for design, you will create transparency, develop efficient processes, and provide the financial foundation for sustainable corporate decisions. If you like to take responsibility, build structures, and implement your ideas directly into practice, then you're exactly right with us.

Tasks

• Building and developing a comprehensive controlling system to steer company development
• Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as being responsible for ongoing accounting
• Developing budgets, forecasts, and economic analyses to support strategic corporate goals
• Analyzing financial key figures, identifying optimization potential, and deriving well-founded recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations as well as cooperation with external auditors and accountants

Qualification

• First experience in controlling and financial management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Ideal knowledge of controlling and financial processes as well as handling relevant ERP or accounting systems
• Self-employed work style, analytical thinking, and a structured and pragmatic approach
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills
