Aufgaben

• Development of tailored financial solutions in the IT infrastructure area, in collaboration with internal experts.
• Consulting international companies at the interface of IT, finance, and procurement.
• Preparation and implementation of efficient concepts, processes, and practical solutions together with contact partners from IT, procurement, and finance departments, as well as experienced project teams.
• Analysis of complex financial, technical, asset, and contract structures using internal tools to identify optimization and cost-saving potential, and clear presentation for stakeholders.
• Closely working with internal specialists and decision-makers on the client side with the goal of successfully implementing projects and further developing modern IT finance solutions.
• Creation of price-cost calculations.
• Accompaniment of tendering processes (preparation of documents, coordination with bidders, and structured bid evaluation).

Qualifikation

• Completed studies with an economic focus (e.g. business administration, economics) or comparable vocational experience.
• First-hand knowledge in one or more of the following areas is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement: consulting, project management, IT/finance.
• Interest in topics surrounding IT infrastructure, finance processes, and new technologies.
• Analytical thinking with a strong affinity for numbers and processes, combined with communication skills and organizational talent, as well as the ability to structure complex issues and think contextually.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with project management tools.
• Very good German language skills.
