(Junior) Finance Associate

SEDIWORK develops software for planning medical rotation and deployment in hospitals and networks. Our goal is to make the organization of further training, rotations, and deployments significantly easier, more transparent, and more efficient.

As a growing software company, we work closely with clinics and continuously develop our product.

To support management, we are looking for a structured and reliable person who will take over central topics in Finance, Administration, and Operations and ensure that the company runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Your Role

You will take over central operational and financial topics and ensure that internal processes function in a structured, efficient, and reliable manner.

The goal of the role is to relieve management of daily tasks and create a solid foundation for further growth.

Tasks

Finance & Accounting

• Management of subsidies and financial topics
• Preparation of accounting
• Development and maintenance of financial overviews and cash flow tracking

Reporting & Structure

• Preparation of reports and decision-making bases
• Ensuring transparency of important key figures and topics

Operations & Organization

• Development and improvement of internal processes
• Structuring of administrative processes
• Support in contract management and documentation
• Coordination with external contact persons

Qualifications

• Very structured, reliable, independent, and careful working style
• Experience in Finance, Operations, Accounting, or Administration
• Proficient in digital tools (e.g., MS365, Jira)
• Very good German language skills
