Your Mission

As a Junior Finance Manager (m/f/d), you will support us in various areas of finance and take responsibility for central topics in Accounting, Controlling, Planning, and Financial Reporting. You will support the further development of our financial processes and structures.
You will take on both operational and analytical tasks – from supporting month-end and year-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, to analyzing our financial development. A varied, hands-on role with a direct impact on our further growth.

Your Responsibilities

• As a Junior Finance Manager, you will create and develop business cases and financial models for our Agri-PV projects and support ongoing company planning.
• Another focus will be on building and further developing our controlling function and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• You will play a central role in building and further developing modern and efficient in-house accounting.
• Financing and investment models will be analyzed by you, economically evaluated, and further developed together with the team.
• Through ad-hoc analyses and the preparation of relevant financial KPIs, you will create well-founded decision-making bases for management.
• Together with various internal stakeholders, you will work on continuously improving and scaling financial processes and data structures.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable field, or alternatively, a comparable training, further education, or certification in Accounting.
• Initial relevant practical experience in Finance and/or Accounting, for example through internships, working student positions, or early professional experience.
• Very good understanding of numbers and strong analytical skills, as well as enjoyment in analyzing complex economic relationships.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally initial experience in creating or further developing financial models.
• Basic knowledge of Controlling, Accounting, and the fundamentals of HGB / IFRS.
• Initial knowledge of project financing is an advantage.
• Experience or touchpoints with renewable energies, photovoltaics, or project-based business models are a plus.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

An annual salary of €50,000 to €60,000 awaits you, depending on your experience and qualifications, and a hybrid working model with an office in Munich.
