Junior Field System Project Engineer / Support (m/w/d) you will work at the interface between technology, customers, and internal teams. You will accompany power generation facilities from technical clarification to connection and ensure that facilities are controllable, regulation-compliant, and reliable.

# Your tasks at a glance:
- Project support: Support for Field System Engineering projects from technical clarification to implementation
- Interface work: Collaboration with planners, solar technicians, and technical partners in connecting and commissioning power generation facilities
- Facility configuration: Support in configuring and adapting facilities, e.g. inverters and control components
- Technical support: Handling of second- and third-level support requests
- Error analysis: Analysis of technical errors and support in error correction
- Customer communication: Clear communication with customers about project progress, responsibilities, and next steps
- Documentation: Tracking of tasks and clean documentation of project and support topics
- Team coordination: Close coordination with internal engineering, support, and product teams
- Process development: Participation in developing support and automation processes

Job Requirements
# What you bring with you:
- Qualification: Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for automation technology, mechatronics engineer, or electrical engineer for power engineeringor a completed degree in the field of energy engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- Languages: Very good German language skills (C1/C2) in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage
- Location: Willingness to work regularly at the Berlin office
- Engineering mindset: You think systemically, structured, and solution-oriented and enjoy understanding technical relationships
- Technical understanding: Funded knowledge in dealing with power generation facilities or automation technology, e.g. inverters, control components, or control systems
- Project understanding: Experience in working on technical projects or in project-like structures
- Interface work: You are used to working with different stakeholders like customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Error analysis: Experience or strong interest in structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving
- Programming affinity: Affinity to automation, scripting, or programming (e.g. Python) is a plus
- Work style: Self-responsible, reliable, and with high expectations for clean documentation and implementation
