You will work both in our Hamburg workshop and on the road. Together with our Field Repair Team, you ensure that our vehicle fleet is always ready for use and meets the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibility

• You support the maintenance and availability of our vehicle fleet from a technical perspective in Hamburg
• You document and monitor inventory levels
• You coordinate a team of mobile mechanics
• You coordinate the performance of service and workshop trips, as well as transportation transports
• You coordinate the repair of technical defects on our vehicles
• You report and document damage cases and accidents to our Claims Management Team

Your Profile

• You know Hamburg like the back of your hand and share our passion for vehicles
• High willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• You are flexible, hands-on, and reliable, with a self-reliant work style and high willingness to take on new challenges
• You have basic knowledge of vehicle technology and some experience in handling accidents or another automotive background
• You bring a secure handling of Google Suite (Gmail, G-Drive, G-Calender) and the willingness to learn new tools
• You understand rapid comprehension as self-evident
