Junior Fashion Designer

The resource sought will be responsible for developing the collection designs for the Ermanno Firenze line, interpreting the input from the Creative Direction.

Main activities and duties:

• Proposes new moods based on input from the Creative Direction and develops related sketches;
• Collaborates in managing contacts with suppliers for material research;
• Realizes the collection designs;
• Creates renderings on Photoshop;
• Monitors the collection development activity calendar;
• Ensures the transfer of information for placing orders for sample materials;
• Manages the distribution of sketches to various suppliers for the creation of prototypes and samples in compliance with collection release timelines;
• Participates in fittings;
• Monitors production planning and progress.

Profile:

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or similar;
• Excellent freehand drawing skills;
• Excellent knowledge of graphic programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign;
• Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and organization;
• At least 1 year of experience in the role at Fashion Luxury sector companies.

Contract: CCNL Textile, Clothing and Fashion (Industry) – Full-time

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): € 24,000 – € 26,000, commensurate with experience gained

Candidates are required to attach their work portfolio relevant to this search, as well as freehand sketches made with a pencil.
