Junior Facility Coordinator

As Junior Facility Coordinator:

• Coordinate facility work activities (availability, planning, follow-up, etc.)
• Supervise and support executive staff.
• Inspect and control technical installations such as HVAC, electricity, and sanitary facilities.
• Prepare tenders and maintenance plans for both constructional and technical maintenance.
• Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and colleagues from other departments.
• Contribute to optimizing processes and service delivery.
• You negotiate regarding purchases, rates, and maintenance contracts and present these to your supervisor.
• Manage contracts with external service providers such as cleaning, security, and waste management.
• Carry out tenders.
• Fulfill contractual obligations and ensure timely renewals or adjustments.
• Prepare reports on maintenance costs, energy consumption, and contract performance.
