Junior IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior IT System Administrator (m/w/d) with initial professional experience.

Tasks

• Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure for our customers (servers, networks, clients)
• Installation, configuration, and care of Windows server environments
• Care and further development of Microsoft 365 environments
• Support in virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Participation in IT security measures (firewall, VPN, backup and recovery concepts)
• Technical customer support (remote and on-site)
• Support in backup and restore processes
• Documented system landscapes and implemented measures

Qualification

• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration/-administration or comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience as an IT System Administrator or in a comparable position
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with Active Directory and virtualization tools (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
• Fundamental knowledge of IT security (firewall, VPN, encryption) and data protection guidelines
• Self-motivated and structured work style with a high customer focus
• Excellent communication skills and joy in developing customer-oriented IT solutions
• At least C1 level in German
