Junior IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)

To expand our IT team, we are looking for a motivated IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d) with a focus on User Support & Client Management, who will support our users in daily support and actively shape modern workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• You will support our users in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure professional processing of incidents and service requests.
• You will set up and sustainably manage clients, mobile devices, and modern workplace solutions.
• You will administer Microsoft 365, Intune, and Mobile Device Management environments for Apple and Android devices.
• You will support structured onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes, including documentation and asset management.
• You will actively participate in the further development of our IT service management, ticketing system, and our central knowledge base.
• You will support the operation of communication, monitoring, and digital signage systems, as well as the continuous optimization of internal IT processes.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist System Integration or comparable IT qualification.
• Initial practical experience in user support as well as in client and workplace management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, software deployment, and mobile device management.
• Ideally, experience with STARFACE or comparable telephony and unified communications solutions.
• Structured, service-oriented, and independent working style, as well as enjoyment of direct user contact.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and interest in modern IT service and process structures.
