(Junior-) System Integration Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated system integration specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on User Support & Client Management, who supports our users in their daily support and actively shapes modern workplace solutions.

Tasks

• You will support our users at the 1st- and 2nd-level support level and ensure professional handling of disturbances and service requests.
• You will set up clients, mobile devices, and modern workstations, and manage them sustainably.
• You will administer Microsoft-365-, Intune-, and Mobile-Device-Management-environments for Apple- and Android-devices.
• You will support structured onboarding-, offboarding-, and lifecycle-processes, including documentation and asset management.
• You will actively contribute to the development of our IT service management, ticket system, and central knowledge base.
• You will support the operation of communication-, monitoring-, and digital signage systems, as well as continuous optimization of internal IT processes.

Qualification

• Completed training as a system integration specialist or comparable IT qualification.
• First practical experience in user support and client management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, software deployment, and mobile device management.
• Ideal experience with STARFACE or similar telephone and unified communications solutions.
• Structured, service-oriented, and self-reliant working style, as well as enthusiasm for direct user contact.
• Teamwork ability, communication strength, and interest in modern IT service and process structures.
