Junior Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) IT-Support - First und Second Level

Our IT group consists of a five-member in-house IT team that works together with an external IT service provider. Although the tasks are diverse and comprehensive, we always place great value on a friendly-collaborative atmosphere, whether in-house or externally. Respect and trust are the core of our collaboration. Joint brainstorming, rethinking, implementing, and optimizing are our drive and motivation. We passionately observe, evaluate, and implement innovations from the IT world.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• IT-Support: Ensuring the IT infrastructure in First- and Second-Level support as a central point of contact for colleagues and departments at the location
• Technical Support: Supporting Microsoft client systems, telecommunications, printers, and PCs
• Ticketmanagement: Accepting, classifying, and independently solving incident and request tickets (hard- and software)
• Dokumentation: Maintaining the ticket system and creating technical documentation and user manuals
• Hardware-Lifecycle: Installing, setting up, and dismantling workstations, preparing and installing hardware/clients systems, and managing IT assets (issue and return)
• Bestandswesen: Ordering hardware, inventory management, material control, and coordinating waste disposal
• Wartung & Prüfung: Conducting material inspections together with departments and supporting technicians in maintenance work

Qualifikation

• Ideal candidate with completed vocational/scholarly training or alternative retraining as a Fachinformatiker/-in for system integration or equivalent education
• First experiences in IT support/IT service
• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure, hardware, and Microsoft software
• Teamwork, communication skills, diligence, structured and independent work, and outstanding customer- and advisory-orientedness
• Readiness for on-site activity to be a point of contact for IT topics for colleagues
