Junior IT Specialist (m/f/d) – Full-time

We are an advertising agency that helps trade businesses get more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks.

Do you have experience with digital topics and are familiar with low-code/no-code solutions and API tools like Zapier or Make.com – or are you able to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with them? Then our IT and Business Development department is the right place for you.

As an IT Specialist, you will design and automate our processes with modern tools. You will ensure that systems interlock, data flows run smoothly, and our processes become even more efficient.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Automation of our business processes with no-code / low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make

• Setup, maintenance, and management of Airtable databases

• Development of front-ends and interfaces with no-code / low-code tools

• Management and further development of our CRM system (especially HubSpot)

• Planning, execution, and implementation of new business processes

• Documentation & Conception of digital business processes

• User training & support

Salary: Junior IT Specialist (m/f/d): €5,000 gross per month

• Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist (e.g., specialization in application development, system integration, digital networking, or data and process analysis) or comparable IT training, alternatively initial practical experience in IT / automation

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, very good analytical skills, and quick comprehension

• Initial experience in project management as well as high discipline and organizational skills

• Result- and solution-oriented approach, ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes

• Strong team player, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor

• Very good written German language skills

• Resilience and the ability to handle performance pressure well
