As a Junior Expansion Manager (m/w/x), you are part of our growth engine. You sense the top layers, which take our brand forward, and negotiate the best conditions for our franchise partners and corporate stores. Your job is crucial: You lay the foundation for new success stories and help us make Domino’s in Germany even bigger.

This future tasks fit you…

• Search, analyze, and acquisition of new potential locations.
• Support in market and location analyses to identify expansion opportunities.
• Communication and negotiation with landlords, brokers, and other partners.
• Participation in planning and realization of new openings.
• Monitoring project progress and adherence to time plans.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for the management team.

You bring…

• A successful degree in business administration, real estate management, geography or comparable;
• Alternatively, a completed vocational training with relevant real estate experience.
• First-hand experience in expansion, real estate management, or building project management is advantageous.
• Outstanding analytical skills and a good sense of economic connections.
• Communication strength and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
• Travel readiness and flexibility.
• Safe handling of MS Office
