The ITCS is a tech conference, job fair, and festival all in one. We organize our events in several cities in Germany, connecting tech, career, and community in a unique way.

We are urgently looking for support in our small team in Frankfurt for event and project management.

The regular place of work is our office in downtown Frankfurt. Mobile working is possible selectively and by arrangement after the onboarding period; this is not a remote position.

Tasks

What you will do with us:

• You will plan, coordinate, and organize our tech events and job fairs together with the team
• You will manage exhibitors, partners, and speakers from preparation to follow-up
• You will keep track of deadlines, to-dos, coordination, and event details
• You will handle processes, briefings, documents, materials, and organizational matters related to the events
• You will work closely with sales, marketing, technical teams, and management
• You will support program and event organization
• You will ensure that information, content, and documents are maintained cleanly and coordinated
• You will be present at the events on-site and help ensure that planning translates into strong execution
• You will use digital tools and ideally AI tools to make research, text work, documentation, and workflows more efficient

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• You want to start a career in event and project management or already have some practical experience
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• A structured, careful, and independent way of working
• Organizational skills, reliability, and a good sense of priorities
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with various contacts
• Willingness to travel and a desire to actively contribute operationally at events
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Openness to the productive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or similar applications
• You can work regularly in our office in Frankfurt am Main.
• Ideally, you can already be present at ITCS Cologne on September 17th and 18th, 2026

Bonus points include:

• Experience with trade fairs, conferences, B2B events, or career formats
• Experience in exhibitor management, project coordination, or event logistics
• Enjoyment in structuring processes and working more efficiently with digital tools
• You pick up the phone for urgent matters rather than exclusively writing emails
