Junior Event & Communications Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Planning and organization of (virtual) events and trade show appearances
• Creation and design of our internal newsletter
• Design and implementation of graphics and mailings for campaigns
• Creation and maintenance of presentations for brand building and sales
• Content creation for social media (LinkedIn)
• Organization of internal events (e.g. Christmas party, Service Line events)
• Support in employer branding activities

Qualification

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or comparable field
• First experience in a similar position
• Passion for marketing and communication as well as sense of targeted approach
• Structured, reliable, and meticulous work style
• Team-oriented and communicative
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Basic understanding of technical connections and willingness to deepen this knowledge for marketing purposes
• Fluent French and German skills as well as good English skills
• Travel readiness to Germany for events
