We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team at FinMent, a fast-growing fintech startup in Berlin. Our mission is to democratize access to institutional investment knowledge and strategies, previously only available to family offices with over €200 million in assets under management.

Tasks
What awaits you:
- Market analysis. You will analyze securities and current market conditions to create investment ideas and support our trading team and customers.
- Dokumentation. You will prepare investment reports and visually present market overviews for our customers.
- Problem-solving. You will be responsible for the further development of our trading system, conceiving and implementing new investment/trading strategies, and setting your own ideas in motion
- Ongoing improvement. You will help us elevate financial education to a new level.
- Teamwork: You will exchange with Trading, Support, and Coaches to turn analyses into practical learning content and customer-relevant recommendations.
We invest in your individual training, promote targeted development, and make you step-by-step an expert – with the clear goal of long-term collaboration.
Qualification
What you should bring:
You have a high performance readiness, thirst for financial knowledge, and want to personally develop into a specialist in the finance sector.
- Experience. You have 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in customer support, ideally through internships or similar activities
- Passion. You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
- Startup responsibility. You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, were result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
- Personal growth. You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, sector you work in, but also privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping the team's success in mind.
- Smart. You have very good analytical and structural skills to think through scenarios in advance. What you thought through, you structure and implement.
