Junior Estimator

Job Title: Junior Estimator
Location: St. Thomas, Ontario
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Employment: Full-time, In-Office

Our client is a full-service General Contractor engaged in residential, industrial, institutional, commercial, and engineering construction. We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to support their estimating team and contribute to accurate project cost planning.

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid documents.

• Support senior estimators with proposals, subcontractor quotes, and pricing analysis.

• Maintain organized project records, cost databases, and correspondence.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

• Assist with administrative tasks related to estimating and project support.

• 1+ years of experience in construction estimating, project support, or related role (2-3 years preferred).

• Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction estimating software is an asset.

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
