Jr. ERP Consultant (Finance & Accounting)

Your Tasks

As a Jr. ERP Consultant (Finance & Accounting), you will support the consulting team in introducing and developing the cloud-based ERP system Haufe X360 with a focus on finance and accounting.

Your tasks in detail:

• You analyze financial and accounting processes and learn to depict these ERP-appropriately.
• You work on requirement analyses and develop solution proposals.
• You help configure the ERP system with a focus on finance (e.g., account framework, booking templates, balance imports, etc.).
• You accompany our consultants during tests, data synchronization, and quality assurance tasks.
• You support in creating documentation and training materials.
• You accompany users in answering questions and learn to conduct system training sessions.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced consultants and receive targeted on-the-job training as well as professional coaching.

Your Profile

What you bring:

• A completed degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable IT-related field
• First-hand experience in the area of financial processes or ERP (e.g., internships, work student activities) is a plus
• A good understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and financial processes
• Analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for process- and system-related topics
• Good communication skills and pleasure in working with customers
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
