Start at Labtagon as a Junior ESM Expert (m/f/d). Work on the technical implementation of Matrix42 projects, take on tasks independently and develop step by step into an expert for Enterprise Service Management.

Would you like to work in Enterprise Service Management and develop technically into a real specialist?

At Labtagon, you will realize digital service processes for large organizations together with our Professional Service Team. You will work on the technical implementation of solutions based on the Matrix42 platform.

You will take on defined tasks in projects independently, implement technical requirements and develop step by step into an expert for Enterprise Service Management.

If you want to understand and shape systems, not just operate them, we should get to know each other.

Tasks

Your responsibility: Technical implementation and development to become an ESM specialist

Technical implementation of ESM projects

• Technical configuration and further development of Matrix42 environments
• Independent implementation of defined requirements within the platform
• Integration of systems and interfaces into existing IT landscapes
• Execution of tests and quality assurance before going live

Project work & collaboration

• Collaboration in customer projects together with experienced ESM consultants
• Support in structuring and technical implementation of work packages
• Participation in workshops and the technical translation of requirements
• Assumption of clearly defined tasks in the Managed Service environment

Knowledge building & development

• Building up expertise in Enterprise Service Management
• Active exchange with our project team on technical solutions
• Continuous further development in the Matrix42 environment to become a technical ESM specialist

Qualification

Your profile: Technical competence and customer orientation

Technical foundation

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable technical training
• First practical experience in the IT environment or in IT projects

Technical knowledge

• Basic understanding of ITSM or service management platforms
• Experience with Windows servers, IIS and MS SQL (T-SQL)
• Knowledge of PowerShell or C# is a plus

Working method

• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Interest in complex IT system landscapes
• Enjoyment in independently implementing and further developing technical solutions
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
