The ideal candidate will have strong competence in mechanical design and attention to detail, with experience in using CAD software for creating precise and complete technical drawings. The resource will be responsible for: - Developing and realizing detailed technical drawings of components and mechanical systems using SolidWorks - Modifying and updating existing designs based on new specifications or customer requests - Ensuring that all drawings conform to company quality standards and sector regulations - Analyzing purchase and production costs for preparing estimates and offers for the commercial department - Providing technical support during the production phase, resolving any technical issues that may arise - Managing technical documentation, ensuring correct archiving and updating. Requirements: - Proven experience as a mechanical designer in a production or design environment - Knowledge of Solid Works, PDM, Autocad, Photoshop for preparing and modifying projects, plants, and renderings - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical specifications - Knowledge of English language, other languages welcome - Familiarity with Gamma Enterprise Team System - Knowledge of distinct base and knowledge of functions connected thereto - Knowledge of relevant technical regulations (ISO, UNI, etc.) The ideal profile has: - Analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical-commercial value - Knowledge and passion for mechanics in general - Interest also in the field of shipbuilding/mounting/starting industrial plants - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team - Desire to grow and stabilize within the company.
