Tasks

• Independent performance of calculations and verifications for residential and non-residential buildings
• Development of individual renovation plans (iSFP)
• Renewal concepts for the efficiency house
• Energetic calculations for climate-friendly new construction, sustainability concepts, and QNG audits
• Development and calculation of energy-saving concepts
• Heat bridge calculations, heat load calculations, and life cycle analyses

Qualification

• Completed engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of civil engineering, architecture, supply engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent (m/w/d).
• Ideal candidate with further education as an energy consultant (m/w/d), alternatively we would be happy to support you in obtaining this qualification within your work at viviania.
• Prior experience in this field is welcome.
• Self-motivated, structured working style.
• Enjoy implementing exciting energy consulting projects and concepts.
