Junior Enablement & Documentation Specialist (6 month contract)

Role Overview The Junior Enablement & Documentation Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of the new Salesforce system. This position is responsible for building and maintaining documentation, training materials, and support resources to enable our team to effectively utilize the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce features and processes. Create and update training materials, including presentations, videos, and guides. Support the onboarding process for new team members, providing Salesforce training and guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather information and identify documentation needs. Assist in the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for Salesforce users. Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support related to Salesforce. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and incorporate them into training and documentation. Ensure documentation and training materials are accurate, clear, and easy to understand. Contribute to the improvement of the user experience within Salesforce. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Education, Business) or equivalent experience. Proven ability to create and maintain clear and concise documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus. Experience with instructional design or training development is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
