Junior Electrical Engineer
Job description
Manpower Permanent Professional, a division specializing in the selection of technical profiles for direct hiring, is looking for the technical management staff of a highly technological Theme Park:
JUNIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
The resource will contribute to the optimization, installation, and preventive/corrective maintenance of power electrical systems, substations, energy distribution systems, and control systems (PLC) related to attractions and systems, as well as the various facilities of the park, shops, restaurants, and technical services in general.
Main Activities:
- Technical Office: Updating electrical diagrams, drafting technical specifications and park electrical system layouts; drafting SOP procedures for attraction maintenance, both periodic and extraordinary, mechanical and electrical;
- Control Systems Management: Monitoring maintenance and calibration areas, reporting energy consumption via field instrumentation for constant energy efficiency;
- Maintenance and Reliability: Defines, with the role of URI manager, the preventive/corrective maintenance of power electrical systems, substations, energy distribution systems, and control systems. Collaborates with maintenance technicians to analyze electrical faults, identify root causes, and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime of attractions and technical systems in general. Daily reporting of electrical and mechanical interventions on the management system;
- Support Project Management: Follow small electrical revamping projects and mechanical installations of new attractions and systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and safety regulations.
- Safety (HSE): Ensure that all electrical modifications and activities strictly comply with workplace safety regulations and company standards, actively collaborating with the HSE department for this purpose.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Short prior professional experience, preferably in an industrial setting, even if only through internships or traineeships.
- Basic Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, reading electrical diagrams (low and medium voltage), and PLC programming principles.
- Foreign Languages: English (written and spoken), knowledge of Spanish is also desirable (even if only spoken).
- Soft Skills: Proactivity, strong aptitude for teamwork and working towards goals.

Salary range of €30,000 - €35,000 for profiles with prior professional experience.
