Junior E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, Osnabrück

We have been successfully operating in international shipping since 17 years – including our well-known brand "Averdo" as well as leading online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Every day we process a large number of orders and serve customers with a diverse product range, focusing on books, media, toys, and electronics. As our success continues to grow, we are looking for support in full-time or part-time capacity to strengthen our dynamic team in Osnabrück.

Aufgaben

• Order Processing & Customer Service: You are responsible for the reliable processing of customer orders and professional solution of all resulting customer inquiries.
• Coordination of Daily Operations: You actively support in the operational management and optimization of daily workflows in online retail.
• Supplier Management: You take over the targeted acquisition of new suppliers and further develop strategic partnerships.
• Marketplace Marketing: You plan, coordinate, and agree on high-reach advertising measures directly with the respective online marketplaces to increase our visibility and sales.

Qualifikation

• Vocational Training: You have successfully completed a vocational training (preferably in the commercial field or e-commerce) or relevant professional experience.
• Experience: First-hand practical experiences in customer service and/or e-commerce are desirable.
• IT Competence: You bring good IT knowledge and a well-developed understanding of digital processes.
• Work Style: A strong customer orientation, reliability, and structured work style characterize you.
• Personality: You are distinguished by a friendly, communicative, and highly motivated personality with genuine team spirit.
• Languages: You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills for occasional communication with international partners or customers.
