Aufgaben

• Shopify Operations: You'll keep our shop technically and legally on track – from shipping zones, shipping rates, and customs duties to checkout requirements.
• Technische Optimierung: You'll take care of page speed, set up A/B tests, analyze results, and bring measurable measures to increase our conversion rate.
• Shop-Pflege & -Launches: You'll maintain product listings with high visual appeal, build landing pages, and prepare new launches from planning to go-live.
• Datenbasierte Entscheidungen: You'll monitor sales figures and user behavior, lead optimizations, and set them up structurally.
• Detailtreue & Qualität: From pixel to product title – you'll ensure that our shop reflects our brand standard in every technical and visual detail.

Qualifikation

• Technisches Verständnis – Fokus E-Commerce: You know your way around Shopify or similar shop systems, understand checkout logic, product, and collection page logics, and can make small adjustments with HTML/CSS yourself.
• Erfahrung im Online-Handel oder digitalen Projekten: Whether through studies, training, or practice – you've gained first-hand experience in e-commerce or have implemented your own projects and understand how a shop works.
• Strukturierte & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise: You organize yourself, think in processes, and keep the overview – even when multiple launches, tests, and deadlines run parallel.
• Kommunikation & Teamwork: You work closely with marketing, content, design, and operations – and communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and friendly.
• Analytisches & datengetriebenes Denken: You can interpret sales figures, shop data, or test results and derive concrete measures from them.
• Detailtreue & visueller Anspruch: You pay attention to texts, layouts, and image language and ensure that everything in the shop reflects our brand standard.
• Technische Tools & Methoden: You work safely with Excel/Google Sheets, have no fear of tracking setups (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Pixel), and learn quickly into new systems.
• Sprachkenntnisse: You speak and write very good German and English in word and script.
• Lernbereitschaft & Drive: You want to grow – professionally and personally – and are looking for an environment where you can really make a difference, pragmatically and practically.
