Job description
About Anio
Childhood is under pressure. Smartphones reach children earlier and bring addictive technology, screen dependency, and cyberbullying with them. Anio exists to change this. Our smartwatches give children the connection they need – and nothing they don't need – and enable a safer, healthier childhood without smartphones. As one of Europe's most popular children's smartwatches, Anio proves that profit and positive impact are not mutually exclusive. Working for us means building something that really counts.
Your Role
You take on independent tasks around online marketing, product data, marketplaces, and daily shop processes. Through you, our customers get what they need. For this, you work closely with our Senior E-Commerce Manager, Marketing Partners, and the Support Team.
Tasks
- Online-Marketing from A to Z: You manage our strong partners and organize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads, drive SEO forward, coordinate newsletters, social media, and influencers – and ensure that our channels perform.
- Product Data & Content: Our ERP System xentral gives you the data. You create landing pages, texts, and assets in Shopify – always with a focus on conversion and visibility. The success is in your hands
- Marketplace Management: You manage our marketplace presences, coordinate listings, and rating management, and ensure strong performance on platforms like Amazon.
- Reporting & Analysis: You create regular KPI reports, prepare dashboards, and lead concrete recommendations based on data.
- Market & Competition: You monitor trends and competitors, recognize growth potential, and bring in concrete ideas for how we can develop further.
Qualification
- Completed education or degree with a focus on E-Commerce, Marketing, or business administration
- 2 years of professional experience in E-Commerce or online marketing
- Practical experience working with shop systems, ideally Shopify
- First experiences with ERP systems, ideally xentral
- Structured, analytical work style with a strong sense for details
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
Benefits
- A modern office in Bremen with fully equipped kitchen and free drinks
- MacBook and high-quality equipment
- Flexible hybrid work model with remote option
- Fast development opportunities through independent projects, internal workshops, and joint learning
- Company health insurance
Anio believes that the best companies create value for all – for customers, investors, and society. If you want to build something that protects children, grows quickly, and proves that profit and impact are not mutually exclusive, then this role is exactly right for you.
