Junior Digital Technology & Innovation Coordinator (Netherlands/Belgium)

The role of Coordinator Digital Technology & Innovation is to promote profitable and sustainable growth of SGS Benelux by creating and contributing to digital and innovative solutions that add value for our customers and automate our operations. This role works together across the entire organization, aligning efforts to discover opportunities that improve productivity, optimize customer experience, and design new business models or services that are valuable to our customers.

Our new colleague:

• Is the promoter of innovation, digitalization, and creativity in the Benelux region under guidance from the DT&I Manager.
• Facilitates the digitalization and innovation process to identify opportunities that expand, optimize, and improve businesses, and also create new services, products, or business models that are quickly repeatable, scalable, and profitable.
• Zorgt voor implementation of processes and tools from the innovation model based on Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles. Leads virtual project teams in discovering insights, developing concepts, testing Proof of Concepts and Minimum Viable Products, designing business models, etc.
• Promotes a culture of innovation and digitalization in collaboration with Benelux DT&I and the IT team.
• Follows, discovers, and evaluates technological options, trends, market, and customer needs that can generate future business opportunities and possibly new disruptive business models.
