Job description
- Elaboration of requirements for mobile Apps (iOS, Android) and the website
- Definition of Business Requirements and User Stories
- Closely accompanying the technical development of digital products
- Participation in conceiving new features for digital products
- Introducing improvement suggestions
- First point of contact regarding functionality and troubleshooting of digital products
- Conceptualization and implementation of user tests together with UX designers
- Absorption of features with regard to usability and design implementation
- Creation and evaluation of analyses and reports for ongoing KPI measurement
- Documented requirements, roadmaps, priorities, processes, and features
