In interdisciplinary teams, we combine research, UX design, strategy, and technology – always with a clear focus on user needs and sustainable solutions.

Tasks

• You will conceptualize digital products and services
• To do this, you will develop usage scenarios in close collaboration with User Researchers
• The creation of information architectures, flowcharts, and wireframes as well as the visualization of user interfaces as mockups and prototypes also belongs to your tasks
• You will participate in co-creative workshops and design conceptual approaches
• As part of our interdisciplinary team, you are open to sparring and impulses

Qualification

• You are enthusiastic about user-centered design for digital products and services
• You have completed a study in the field of Design with a focus on Interaction or User Experience (UX) Design
• Your expertise lies in the areas of UX Design, Interaction Design, and Service Design
• You have excellent skills in creating, presenting, and communicating realizable concepts
• You are proficient in using Figma
• You can handle frameworks and design libraries as well as loose design guidelines
• As a team player, you master challenges with know-how and creativity
• You have 1-2 years of professional experience as a Digital Experience Designer in the B2B sector and have successfully co-shaped digital solutions with a focus on user-centeredness during this time
• You possess very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
