Junior Digital Designer for Social Content (m/w/d)

Your mission:

You design social-first content that makes brands clear, fast and high-quality visible and you bring a genuine sense for platforms, formats and trends with.
We strengthen where we want to grow. In the consistent translation of campaigns into social assets, in series formats instead of single posts and in proactive ideas that we can recommend to our customers. You work closely with consulting, text, creation and performance marketing together. With clear briefings, fast feedback and output, you can be proud of it

Tasks

• Design and adaptation of social-first assets, feed posts, carousels, stories, LinkedIn creatives and digital campaign building blocks
• Translation of campaigns into social assets: from key visuals and messages become platform-specific formats that work
• Development of format and series building blocks, recognizable modules instead of inventing something new every time
• Trend and format research with short preparation: 'Trend X, so could it work for our customers'
• Preliminary recommendations, which we can use in customer contact, formats, content approaches, creative tests
• Closely working together with consulting, text, creation, photo studio and performance marketing, from briefing to delivery
• Quality control, readability on smartphone, format checks, safe areas, variants and final delivery

Important: This is not just community management and a role where it's only about posting or scheduling. You are part of the creation, with focus on design, social formats and trend translation.

Qualification

• Completed education or study in the field of design, communication, media design or comparable, or a portfolio that convinces us
• First experience in an agency, studio or in-house team, internship or work student counts, ideally with digital content and social assets
• Very good sense for layout, typography, image language and brand guidance, even under time pressure
• Good understanding of social platforms, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, formats, trends, hook mechanisms, readability and safe areas
• Safe handling with common tools like Figma and or Adobe, for example Photoshop, Illustrator
• Structured, reliable working style, versioning, clean handovers, quality check before delivery
• Pleasure in translating trends not just to consume but to translate into brand-tailored ideas and assets
• Communication strength and team spirit, you can explain your ideas briefly and implement feedback quickly
• Experience with KI tools and interest in their use to support creative workflows, for example idea, text and variant inputs
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
