Starting October 2026, we are looking for a Junior Design Manager (all genders) in the field of Retail Campaigns for Britta's team at the Berlin location. The position is initially limited to one year.

WHAT YOU DO

• As a Junior Design Manager (all genders), you will eagerly and confidently support the transition of creative concepts through technical development into sustainable, global retail campaigns.
• Your responsibilities include the technical implementation of pop-ups and window campaigns, working in close interdisciplinary exchange with prototyping, production, and the client-side contacts.
• You will be responsible for material selection and will create technical drawings as well as production documents, adhering to budget and timeline schedules.
• You will support the team with installations and constructions.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interior Design, or a similar field, ideally with a focus on prototyping, execution planning, and production.
• Professional experience in 3D design.
• You possess a passion for design, innovation, and technological trends.
• You work in a structured, hands-on manner and communicate confidently in German and English.
• Good knowledge of at least one CAD software program, ideally Rhino, SolidWorks, or Sketch-Up.
• You are independent and responsible, with a high demand for detail and an interest in craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.
