(Junior) Design Manager (all genders) – Luxury Retail

We are looking for a (Junior) Design Manager (all genders) in the Retail Campaigns department for our team at the Stuttgart location, effective immediately.

• In coordination with Project Management, you will be responsible for the transition of creative briefing documents into sustainable Retail Campaigns in the Luxury Sector.
• Your tasks include the technical implementation of window campaigns with a high aesthetic standard, working in close, interdisciplinary exchange with Prototyping, Production, and the client's contact persons.
• You will define the respective production process with our internal production, take over material selection, create technical drawings and production documents while adhering to budget and time schedules.
• You will be responsible for Quality Gates in Production & Set-Up, provide on-site guidance close to production, and conceive and deliver convincing client presentations for Prototyping, Visual Merchandising, and Pre-Assembly.
• You will visit locations and oversee window installations, check technical possibilities on-site, and maintain close contact with our clients.

• You have a degree in a technical or design field and bring at least 1 year of experience in 3D Design, ideally with a focus on Prototyping and Production.
• You have experience in handling creative briefs (especially regarding technical descriptions, compositions, colors & materials, surfaces, and feasibility).
• You are proficient in at least one 3D and one visualization program and have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite as well as MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication skills in English and German, and you are motivated to accompany installations on-site.
• You work independently and responsibly, possess a high demand for detail and design, and have an interest in innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
