Junior Data Scientist / Data Scientist

About the Role: We are looking for a Data Scientist with a specialization in Forecasting to join our Warsaw team. In this role, you will maintain and develop forecasting models, improve methodologies by integrating innovative technologies and algorithms, and drive continuous improvements in predictive accuracy. You will analyze patterns, detect anomalies, and refine predictive models to optimize business operations and decision-making. What You'll be doing: Forecasting – developing and refining predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and creating data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business decision-making processes. What We're Looking for: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization tools, and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. You will have a strong foundation in statistics and machine learning, and be familiar with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is a plus.
