We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Data & Power BI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in building dashboards, optimizing data pipelines, and implementing ETL workflows to support business intelligence solutions.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.

• Design Power BI custom visuals and implement advanced DAX expressions.

• Work with relational and non-relational databases, ensuring efficient data modeling.

• Participate in ETL processes, including integration using tools like ADF, Glue, or custom-coded solutions.

• Support data migration between on-premise and cloud environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

• 2–3 years of experience in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI custom controls and DAX.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools or custom ETL development using any programming language.

• Good understanding of data modeling, database design, and query optimization.

• Exposure to cloud data tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
