Your Impact and Responsibilities

• You will increase the quality of our service delivery by validating financial and healthcare-specific data.

• You will communicate with clients about their data delivery and the rollout of LOGEX models.

• You will develop broadly and provide support to multiple teams and clients when there are questions regarding data quality.

• You will identify and realize opportunities to improve internal operational processes.

• You will contribute to the automation of our operational processes, potentially through the use of AI.

Team

You will be part of the Financial Analytics Service team, which currently consists of 40 people with diverse backgrounds in healthcare and data analysis. The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining our solutions and benchmarks, which support both medical specialists and the planning and control teams in hospitals. Our solutions help hospitals and medical specialists with monthly reports on prognoses, addressing capacity issues, portfolio decisions, improving patient care pathways, and other important strategic choices.

Your Profile

• Relevant work experience: You have 0–2 years of work experience and an affinity for the financial sector and/or healthcare.

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on health, data, or economics.

• Data affinity: You have an interest in data. You work accurately, identify trends, and detect errors or deviations.

• Communication: You can effectively communicate with diverse team members and internal stakeholders.

• You are results-oriented, work in a structured manner, and have a pragmatic attitude.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to innovative technologies, tools, and processes.

• A proactive approach to taking on new tasks and seeking opportunities to contribute.

• You get energized by improving work processes.

• Language skills: You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
