Junior data analyst

• Experience in working with databases, analysis, and Excel reports - minimum 1 year
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex functions, VBA, Power Query) - obligatory
• Basic knowledge of SQL - obligatory
• Ability to prioritize multiple and urgent tasks
• Attention to detail by ensuring data accuracy and double-checking reports
• Experience in using business intelligence applications (such as Power BI) is an advantage
• Experience in a similar job is an advantage
• Higher education
• Moderate/ conversational English level

• Extracting information from databases for analysis and reporting purposes
• Creating reports on client portfolios or products, and calculating performance indicators
• Providing support to other departments on reporting matters
• Automating reporting processes
• Analyzing quantitative data regarding the company's operational activity
• Writing predictive reports on the company's operational activity, including effects of costs and gains, as well as economic performance forecasts for the current or future financial year
• Preparing financial analysis reports accompanied by tables and graphs
• Analyzing the company's economic/operational results, performing variance analyses, identifying new economic trends and/or financial trends, and formulating recommendations for improvement

• Gross salary: 4500 - 5000 lei
